After orders are processed it will take 2 to 4 business days before shipping. 

All items are shipped via USPS and will take approximately 5 to 7 business days (with the exception of bad weather  & holidays it will be longer) . 

All custom orders will take about 14 to 30 business das to complete, and will be shipped out after that. 

Tracking numbers will be sent via email and or text message, once orders are shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, shipping information will be available after 24hrs. You can track your package at www.USPS.com. Baddie Boutique IS NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed or lost packages once it is in USPS possession.When purchasing your items if your shipping and billing addresses do not match we will not ship your order and you will be refunded immediately.

This unit can fit up to a 22.5 head size.

What type of hair care products should I use?Treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your extensions every two weeks, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products. We recommend using Suave Professionals with natural Shea butter & pure coconut oil sulfate-free shampoo cleansing shampoo and moisturizing curl conditioner.
